We have no minimum order, so if you want to try our service then you can order a single item, which will be sent out by first class mail on the same day.

Our listings contain links to sound clips for each track and also a cover scan of the event branding. To order an item, simply click on the "add to cart" link next to the product and it will appear in your shopping cart. Once you have finished, you can review the contents of your cart and get a quote for the full cost of the order by clicking "view cart" and choosing your country.

UK delivery time is usually 1-2 days, and international delivery time 4-9 days

Every parcel that we send out is insured against loss, theft or damage, so you can order with confidence - in the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, or receive an order which is damaged, then we will either refund you or resend the order free of charge.

All orders that are received before 17:00 UK time are charged and sent out by first class mail or priority airmail the same day. For an additional fee, you can also upgrade to our FedEx service which offers much faster shipping and allows tracking of your parcel via the FedEx website.

The time that your order takes to arrive depends on your distance from the UK, and on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Please note that these times are only estimates based on our previous experience of sending to your country.

Depending on factors beyond our control (for example local delivery problems, and customs inspections/delays) this can take longer. Your parcel is insured against loss, theft or damage, so if you have not received your parcel within 28 days of your order confirmation email (10 days for UK customers), then you should contact us through our ‘Contact Us’ and we will refund or replace the order as required.
